9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAA ACQUISITIONS LIMITED's liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless SAA ACQUISITIONS LIMITED from claims arising from: (a) client's breach of these Terms; (b) client's violation of applicable laws; (c) client's negligent or wrongful conduct; or (d) third-party claims related to client's business operations.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements:

• For convenience with appropriate notice as specified in the service agreement
• Immediately for material breach that remains uncured after written notice
• Immediately if the other party becomes insolvent or enters insolvency proceedings

12. Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemic, or other acts of God.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We encourage resolution of disputes through good faith negotiations before resorting to formal proceedings.

14. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with UK data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing and warrant that any personal data you provide is obtained lawfully.
